“Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul be just another human soul .” Carl Jung

  • Certified Life Coach, Podcaster, Public Speaker & Business Consultant

Holistic Coaching is the cornerstone of my approach, addressing the entirety of an individual—mind, body, emotions, social interactions, and spirituality.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources management and am presently pursuing my master’s degree at Capella University to become a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. My specialization in Life Coaching and Business Consulting aligns seamlessly with both my academic background and personal journey. While advancing my education, I extend support to individuals who have sought therapy without finding it suitable or who require a different approach to meet their healing needs. Having triumphed over experiences of sexual assault and domestic violence, I advocate for embracing healing and reclaiming personal narratives, recognizing that connection and effort are key components of the healing process. My dedication lies in empowering survivors and fostering hope in their journey to recovery.

In my practice, I offer a personalized touch through life coaching, which differs from traditional counseling by focusing on individual growth without diagnostic procedures while incorporating the benefits of talk therapy, coping mechanisms, support, and psychoeducation. I am committed to delivering an inclusive experience that respects and acknowledges your cultural, spiritual, and religious beliefs.

Here are some interesting tidbits about me: I spent my childhood as a military nomad until settling in Washington State at the age of eight. My professional journey has led me across different states and even to Germany. I come from a large, blended family of eleven siblings and proudly embrace the role of being the best auntie-mommy to over twenty nieces and nephews. When I'm not immersed in work or studies, you'll likely find me by the ocean, engrossed in a book, singing, indulging in music, or cherishing moments with my partner.

Regarding my volunteer work, I've served as a youth mentor with the YMCA in Seattle, WA, and as a Crisis and Rape Advocate with SARC and Lutheran Community Services in Tri-Cities, WA.

**Some coaching clients I work with are seeking a few visits to help prepare for an interview, update/create a resume, discover career goals, work on confidence in the hiring process etc. This usually takes a 4-6 sessions and is based on individual needs.

Holistic Coaching- As your Coach, I walk beside you and share lived experiences, provide individualized, judgment-free, honest, and direct coaching with a side of humor and likely some shared tears. Holistic coaching encompasses your body, mind, and spirit. My approach is not one-size-fits-all.

Do you feel stuck, lost, unmotivated, unfulfilled? Do you feel that you lack purpose? Do you feel “lost” since having children, being married, and think, “I don’t know who I am anymore.” Coaching will help you re-discover yourself through challenging your thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, and perceptions of yourself that result in self-limiting beliefs. By addressing these areas, committing to the process, and doing the work between sessions, you will re-discover your potential, dreams, set and achieve goals, and learn to live authentically with healthy boundaries, a growth-mindset, find your empowerment, and experience transformational changes.

We will address this through skill building practices addressing inner-child work, self-compassion, self-esteem/self-worth, learning and applying resiliency and coping skills, self-advocacy, learning how to set healthy boundaries, and more.

Choosing coaching is a commitment to yourself, your growth, your obstacles, learning and implementing new skills that will transform your mental and emotional well-being. Established clients will have access to a single-session rate for follow up as needed at their discretion.

Life Coaching vs. Counseling.

A Therapist has a minimum of a Master’s Degree in counseling or Psychology and are licensed to operate in their state. Therapists may or may not be able to bill insurance and are bound by a Code of Ethics and can have legal recourse for unethical practice and procedures. They offer a range of counseling theories and assessments and can diagnose mental illness.

Life Coaching is unregulated and it is not a license-based field. This is similar to a Yoga instructor. I have completed certifications through Transformation Academy. These courses are taught by Joeel who has a Master’s in Counseling and Education and a PhD in Psychology. This was important to me as I am also a student, and half way through Master’s program in Mental Health Counseling with Capella University.

When looking to work with a personal Coach, be curious! You’re investing in yourself and you are worth it!

Here are some questions to ask: 1. What is their training? 2. What services do they provide and what is their coaching process. 3. When considering working through trauma, have they obtained substantial trainings to do so? What courses and how many have they been certified in? If you have a severe, trauma history, I would recommend considering a licensed counselor. 4. Because Life Coaching is not legally regulated, are their fees realistic? Do they charge more than a Licensed Counselor/PhD would to work with them?
